Orders are currently taking 1-4 weeks to either ship or schedule you for a DROS appointment. ONLINE GUN DEALER WILL DELIVER YOUR FIREARM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
ALL SALES FINAL. Please be sure of your order. There are no exceptions to this policy.
The delay is due to high order volume, shipping delays, non-responsive transfer FFLs, and, in many instances, the legal requirement to modify certain features of your firearm to make it compliant with California laws. This conversion must be done outside of California, which adds time to your order. We are also experiencing overwhelming demand. We work as fast as possible, but often there is a backlog of firearms being modified, delayed shipping from suppliers, and a shortage of parts. There are also delays with our carriers, such as FedEx, that we cannot control. Please be patient; we will get you your gun.
BE ADVISED! If your order requires the removal/replacement of any parts to make the gun CA Legal, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THOSE PARTS. YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE THE OEM MAGAZINE.
If you initiate a chargeback via your credit card company, it will be contested by our staff, and a 25% restocking fee will be applied. These terms are required to be acknowledged at checkout before an order can be placed. Be sure of your purchase, taking into account the wait time described above.
CA Compliance may include a kydex grip wrap, a replacement for a pistol grip, a magazine locking device, and/or the removal and/or replacement of other banned features such as flash hiders, collapsing or folding stocks, and forward pistol grips. The requirements vary per gun. Product pictures displayed may not match the actual delivered product. All rifles ship with (1) 10-round magazine.
You will be contacted via email by ONLINE GUN DEALER once your order ships or to come to our store for the DROS process.
If your designated firearms dealer rejects your package due to a violation of their policies, such as failing to notify them of an incoming transfer or any other reason, there will be a service fee of $50 plus the actual cost to reship your item.
If we ship your firearm to another dealer, please inspect the firearm prior to starting the DROS. If there are any mechanical or cosmetic issues, please DO NOT START THE DROS PROCESS and Contact ONLINE GUN DEALER Immediately! If you accept the transfer and DROS the firearm prior to contacting ONLINE GUN DEALER, we are very limited in options to help you. All factory mechanical issues need to be handled via the warranty process with the maker of your firearm.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a rifle, handgun, pistol grip shotgun, or receiver. Certain exemptions allow for people under 21 to purchase long guns. These include active duty military or possession of a hunting license. Federal Firearms Law prevents the shipment of firearms directly to your home. All firearms purchased from www.onlinegundealer.com will be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) Dealer of your choice. We must make contact and receive a current copy of their Federal Firearms License before we can ship your order. There are no exceptions to this. We will make several attempts to contact them on your behalf. If we are unable to get a copy of their license, you will be required to select a new FFL.
If you are unable to transfer or own the firearm(s) purchased from ONLINE GUN DEALER for any reason, ONLINE GUN DEALER will assess a 50% restocking fee. This policy includes being prohibited from owning firearms as indicated by the DROS system. This also includes a denial and/or refusal by either ONLINE GUN DEALER OR the local FFL that is conducting the transfer for you after making a determination based on your responses on the ATF Form 4473 or other observed statements and/or behaviors. Both ONLINE GUN DEALER and/or the local FFL have complete discretion in this matter. Please be sure of your eligibility to own firearms in California and treat everyone with respect. Remember, you are buying a firearm. Disrespectful, belligerent, or hostile behavior will result in a cancellation of your order and a 50% restocking fee applied.
Please visit the DOJ Bureau of Firearms website for more information on firearms laws within California.
By purchasing a firearm from ONLINE GUN DEALER, the customer acknowledges they are aware of and complying with all laws and is also aware of additional fees that may be required by their local Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) Dealer as part of the transfer.
Please do not contact the shipping carrier with the tracking number and attempt to make changes to the shipping process, such as redirecting its destination, holding for pick up, or picking the firearm up yourself. If you do, your order will be cancelled minus a 50% restocking fee, and local law enforcement will be contacted.
Should there be any reason for ONLINE GUN DEALER to contact you about making an appointment for DROS or needed information about your order, ONLINE GUN DEALER will make 4 attempts by phone and email over a 4-week period to contact you regarding your order. After the 4-week and 4th attempt, ONLINE GUN DEALER will make no further attempts to contact you. At 90 days since the last contact attempt was made, your order will be cancelled, and a refund minus 50% will be issued.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Please read this carefully. It affects your rights. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of ONLINE GUN DEALER’s services will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than court.
This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted and expressly includes claims brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227 et seq., or any other statute, regulation, or legal or equitable theory. You and ONLINE GUN DEALER hereby agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. 1, et seq. (“FAA”) applies to this agreement to arbitrate and governs all questions of whether a dispute is subject to arbitration. Unless you and we agree otherwise in writing, arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect at the time of filing of the arbitration (the “AAA’s Rules”). However, just as a court would, the arbitrator or arbitrators must honor the terms and limitations in this Agreement and can award damages and relief (including any attorneys’ fees) authorized by law and/or the AAA’s Rules. The arbitration decision and award is final and binding, with some exceptions under the FAA, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. YOU AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AND ONLINE GUN DEALER ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING.
THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT ALLOW FOR CLASS ARBITRATIONS EVEN IF THE PROCEDURES OR RULES OF THE AAA WOULD. RATHER, YOU AND WE ARE ONLY ENTITLED TO PURSUE ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL, BILATERAL BASIS. FURTHER, AND UNLESS YOU AND ONLINE GUN DEALER AGREE OTHERWISE IN WRITING, THE ARBITRATOR(S) MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE INDIVIDUAL PARTY’S CLAIMS WITH ANY OTHER PARTY’S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING.
You and ONLINE GUN DEALER are each responsible for our respective costs relating to counsel, experts, and witnesses, as well as any other costs relating to the arbitration. ONLINE GUN DEALER, however, will pay for the arbitration administrative or filing fees, including the arbitrator and/or other AAA case management fees, for any claim seeking $75,000 or less, unless the claim is determined by the arbitrator to be frivolous. Otherwise, the AAA’s Rules regarding costs and payment apply.
This agreement to arbitrate does not preclude you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies. Such agencies can, if the law allows, seek relief against us on your behalf.
If any term of this Section (Arbitration and Class Action Waiver) is to any extent illegal, otherwise invalid, or incapable of being enforced, such term shall be excluded to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability; all other terms hereof shall remain in full force and effect; and, to the extent permitted and possible, the invalid or unenforceable term shall be deemed replaced by a term that is valid and enforceable and that comes closest to expressing the intention of such invalid or unenforceable term. If application of this Severability provision should materially and adversely affect the economic substance of the transactions contemplated hereby, the Party adversely impacted shall be entitled to compensation for such adverse impact, provided the reason for the invalidity or unenforceability of a term is not due to serious misconduct by the Party seeking such compensation.
